On-the-ground Packages
Note: We are only in Vietnam for a limited time and may not return next year. The following in-person options are available for January through March 2024 visits only.
Orientation in Hoi An $350
* 1 hour pre-travel consultation call via Zoom with Jedd and Michelle
* ½ day orientation in Hoi An Ancient Town with J&M
* 1 meal out with J&M, featuring Hoi An specialties
* Best for: Getting quickly oriented to Hoi An and Vietnamese culture
Hoi An “Fixer” Package $550+
* 1 hour pre-travel consultation call via Zoom with Jedd and Michelle
* Full day orientation in Hoi An Ancient Town with J&M
* 2 meals out with J&M, featuring Hoi An specialties
* Personalized accommodation recommendations for Hoi An
* We will arrange up to 4 additional activities for your stay in Hoi An (see details below)
– Vendor fees for the following activities are not included in this package: Round trip airport transfer service, 1 day motorcycle tour through countryside, massage or spa treatment, tailor appointment for custom clothing, cooking class, or craft class
– We will discuss options and price ranges of these activities together. We will then make arrangements with the vendors and let you know how to pay for it (often fees are paid on site).

- Once your response is received and we’re certain we can help, we’ll provide a confirmation and link to submit a deposit by Paypal
- After the deposit is made, we’ll get to work, starting with our consultation call on Zoom.
Other things to know
Prices for on-the-ground services are based on 1-2 people. Please request a quote for additional participants.
We can only offer a limited number of consultations, which are first come first serve. Once we’re booked up, we won’t be reopening other opportunities again unless we’re able to confirm a future stay in Vietnam.
You are welcome to schedule a consultation call first and if you choose one of our on-the-ground services packages at a later time, the amount of your consultation payment can be credited toward your package (unless you wish to schedule a second Zoom call with us).
